Cancellation and refund Policy

We understand that various events can make your plan vary from the original one, this is why our cancellation policy is flexible. Please do notify The Company as soon as you know that you desire to change plans. Our groups are small, so whenever a cancellation takes place, we need to know in advance in order to refill the group.

Regular tours

Cancellations or rescheduling petitions must be informed by email at hello@toursandthecity.com more than 24 hours prior to the tour.
Cancellation of the tour is possible with a 100% refund until 24 hours prior to the tour.
Rescheduling of the tour is possible until 24 hours prior to the tour.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a tour will not receive a refund.
Reschedulings within 24 hours of a tour will not receive a refund.
No-shows or late arrivals will not receive a refund. The tours start in time in order to make the best experience for everyone.

Private tours, corporate or special requests

Cancellations or rescheduling petitions must be informed by email at Hello@toursandthecity.com more than one week prior to the tour.
Cancellation of the tour is possible with a 100% refund until one week prior to the tour.
Rescheduling of the tour is possible until one week prior to the tour.
Cancellations made within one week of a tour will not receive a refund.
Reschedulings within one week of a tour will not receive a refund, although particular agreements can be made with BFEFA TRAVEL SL via email or telephone.
No-shows or late arrivals will not receive a refund. The tours start in time in order to make the best experience for everyone.

Weather Considerations & Force Majeure

Rain or shine, you’ve got to eat! We’ll make sure that you’re well fed, despite the forecast. In the case of rain, we do recommend an umbrella.

Tours run regardless of weather conditions. In case a tour is jeopardized or impossible due to force majeure, weather events, political disturbances or strikes, tours can be canceled if we believe it is necessary.

Minimum Number of Participants

We have an exclusive relationship with many of our tour partners, and some require a minimum number of participants in order to operate the tour.

If the minimum of participants (as stated in the tour description) is not reached, BFEFA TRAVEL SL reserves the right to cancel the tour. We will offer alternative options and/or refund the tour price. Further compensation claims are excluded
