  • Do I need to book the tour in advance?
Yes! It is highly recommended to book in advance to secure your spot.
  • What documents do I need?
For tours that include entrance to official monuments, a valid ID, passport, or driver’s license is required for each participant, as monument staff may deny entry without it. For food tours, no documents are needed, just bring your appetite!
  • Will I receive the tickets for my tour?
For tours that include official monuments with tickets, the guide will handle the entry process —just provide the name used for booking. For food tours, no tickets are required; simply check in with your guide using your booking name.
  • Can I add a person/people to my booking?
Absolutely! Contact our customer support team, and we’ll gladly assist you. Additional bookings depend on availability.
Terms & Conditions:
  • What happens if it rains?
All tours run rain or shine unless the location (monument or venue) is officially closed for safety reasons.
  • Can I get a refund if I arrive late or miss the tour?
No, refunds will not be issued for no-shows or late arrivals. If you are delayed, you may not be able to join your scheduled tour.
  • Do I need to provide any information before the tour?
For tours that include official monuments and tickets, full names and ages of all participants must be provided at the time of booking. For other experiences, only participant names are required. Failure to provide this information may result in unavailable tickets or reservations, and no refunds will be given.
  • Can I modify my booking?
For the Colosseum tours, no changes or cancellations are allowed within 4 days of the scheduled tour due to official regulations. For all other tours, modifications can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Is St. Peter’s Basilica included in the tour?
Due to changes in Vatican regulations for the Jubilee, skip-the-line access to the Basilica is no longer available. However, your guide will provide a full explanation, and you can visit the Basilica on your own afterward, as entry is free.
