The Experience

Meet your chef, who will greet you with a glass of Pignoletto, Mortadella and local bread. First, learn how to make a spritz and get talking to your fellow foodie classmates.

Then, kick off the class by preparing some homemade tagliatelle. Using locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients, shape, slice, and cook your very own tagliatelle. Then, discover the art of concocting the original Ragu sauce to complement your pasta and have it ready to eat, accompanied by an excellent read local wine.

Once the culinary creations are perfected, relish the fruits of your labor alongside newfound friends. Savor the fine notes of local wines to conclude your handcrafted feast. Finally, conclude with the bests bitter digestive and Moka coffee in town.
