Meeting point

Arch of Constantine

Our meeting point is at the Arch of Constantine, San Gregorio side, which is the opposite side of the Colosseum. There you will find our guide with our orange umbrella.

Mandatory to bring your ID. Late arrivals cannot be refunded.

  • No recommendable if you have heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
  • Strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases, and large backpacks are not allowed.
  • NO REFUNDS for those who didn’t provide names/ages on time, no-shows, or late arrivals.
  • No changes can be made within 4 days of the scheduled tour date.
  • Tours will run rain or shine.
  • The day before the tour, you will receive all details and the tickets via WhatsApp, iMessage, or email.

Is the Arena Floor or the Underground included in the tour?

No. The Arena Floor and Underground are two specific areas of the Colosseum that require a different entrance ticket. They are not included in this tour.

Is the tour suitable for children?

Absolutely! This tour is family-friendly, and our guides make history fun and engaging for allages. However, strollers are not allowed, so we recommend bringing a baby carrier.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

No, our tour does not follow the wheelchair-accessible route.

Are there audio guides available during the tour?

No, a live expert guide will lead the tour instead.

Is there a dress code for the Colosseum?

There is no dress code, but we recommend comfortable clothing and shoes. Be prepared forchanging weather conditions.

How will I recognize my guide?

Your guide will carry an orange umbrella with our name. If there are any changes, you will be notified via WhatsApp, email, or iMessage with a photo of the new identification item.

What items are NOT allowed inside the monuments?

Large bags, suitcases, backpacks, weapons, sharp objects (knives, scissors), pets (except service animals), tripods, and selfie sticks are not allowed.

Can I take photographs during the tour?

Yes, photography is allowed.
