What will you do?

Your journey begins in a lively local market, where you’ll sample artisanal cheeses, freshly sliced cured meats, and regional wines, immersing yourself in the vibrant food culture of Florence.

Moving through the historic streets, you’ll stop at a traditional trattoria to taste signature Tuscan dishes, each bite telling the story of the region’s gastronomic heritage. From comforting pastas to rustic, hearty flavors, this experience will transport you deep into the heart of Italian cuisine.

No Florentine food adventure would be complete without indulging in one of Italy’s most beloved traditions, gelato. Your final stop takes you to an artisanal gelateria, where you’ll learn what sets authentic Italian gelato apart as you enjoy a sweet, creamy ending to your culinary journey.
